Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method is considered a violation of our rules.

• A valid mobile number and email address must be provided at the time of registration.
• Keeping your account password secure is solely the user's responsibility.
• Sharing or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• If you notice any unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately.
• 77q reserves the right to take legal action against anyone who opens an account under a false identity.

77q supports fast and secure transactions via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Specific limits apply to both deposits and withdrawals.

• Deposited funds may only be withdrawn after they have been wagered at least once.
• 77q may place a hold on withdrawals for suspicious transactions pending verification.
• Deposit refund or chargeback requests will not be accepted.
• Any transaction disputes must be reported within 7 business days.

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is voided due to a technical error, the staked amount will be refunded.

• If a match is abandoned in cricket, football, or any other Sports Betting market, the bet will be voided.

• Placing bets on the same event from multiple accounts is prohibited.

• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal transaction.
• Bonus abuse, bonus hunting, or artificially fulfilling bonus requirements.
• Using software, bots, or automation tools to play games.
• Colluding with other users to place bets.
• Operating multiple accounts under the same or different identities.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities on the platform or attempting to hack it.
• Verifying an account using false information.

77q reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time without prior notice. In practice, accounts are generally not closed unless a violation of the rules has been established.

Users may also close or temporarily deactivate their account at any time by contacting our support team.

• Upon account closure, eligible funds (excluding bonuses) will be returned.
• If an account is closed due to a rule violation, deposited funds may be forfeited.
• Accounts closed at the user's request may be eligible for reinstatement.

77q is committed to protecting the personal data of its users. Information collected is used solely for service delivery and improvement. User data is never sold or shared with third parties — except where required by law.

• No compensation applies for service interruptions during scheduled server maintenance.

If a dispute arises, please contact the 77q support team in the first instance. If the matter cannot be resolved through support, an attempt will be made to settle it through mediation.
